Peace Be With You

Hi Everyone,

I just want to touch base. I am in the process of putting a live music show together for early mid May. I will host it on Instagram Live most likely. I will put the date and time up here on the website and Instagram and probably The Art Fire as well. News should be in the newsletter as also. Please sign up for the newsletter if you haven’t already. Would love to have you be a part of that.

I am grateful during this time as always to have basic necessities and be able to create music. Many of the songs I will be playing at the next show have been written recently. I wish you all, all the best. Stay safe. Be well. Looking forward to seeing all of you at the next show.

In the background of that I also want to say that I think I will be weaving in spiritual practices and complementary mindfulness, meditation, prayer, manifesting, affirmation and visualization practices that I have been doing as a part of my everyday life. Those will most likely come out on Instagram. They will most likely take the form of a short talk, a meditation or a book review.

These kinds of practices are foundational to my life now and are wrapped up in the music as ways that I conduct my life. I want only to be a free spirit and love. Take what you need and leave the rest. Peace be with you. Take care.
